How Food Affects Your Skin


As we age, we lose that soft smooth skin of our youth that was always so attractive. Aging causes lots of damage to the skin if we do not take steps to deter it before it is out of control.

Our  skin needs to be pampered or it will deteriorate and become dry and unhealthy looking.
One place to start is to look at the foods that you eat every day as they can have a huge effect on how your skin looks and feels.


And that doesn’t mean you have to eat exotic foods, spend a fortune on treatments or slave over a stove all day to achieve this. It is actually quite simple and will go a long way towards improving your skin’s condition and restoring its natural beauty.


Water – 

It is amazing how much water can do for your skin. Everyone knows that you are supposed to drink eight glasses every day – but how many of us really do that?
